Food good, coffee good However, the staff or a very specific staff is totally unfriendly. So you can not speak of customer satisfaction here. If you come between 14 and 15 o'clock and want to buy something is said the staff would have during this time break. If so, why not write it somewhere on a chalkboard or shut down the store completely instead of letting the customers wait stupidly each time. I used to like to go there but since the new barista (blonde short hair) there I only go through when it rains and I do not want to go around the building. Never again reimanns.

Have only visited the karaoke in Reimanns. This was really great, very friendly and professional, a huge selection of songs and exceptionally good acoustics. It was easy to sing and, even if it was not full, the mood was very good. I ordered a Panini to eat and my husband a burger, both were really good.

As a student I enjoyed going to the Reimanns, great ambience and often varied. Unfortunately, I had to make two very unpleasant experiences. The first time I wanted to buy a coffee with a friend. We went to the bar. When we were after several minutes of the staff (blond, male, who had turned with the side to us) were ignored, we spoke directly to him. Back came only in a very rude and annoyed sound, that it takes 20min, because the machine is being cleaned. It should be noted that it was about 2pm and we were not the only ones who wanted to buy a hot drink. Well ..- I took that and thought that maybe he had a bad day. My second experience, however, was three weeks later. Again with a girlfriend we wanted to sit down at a table, which had to be close to a power outlet, because we wanted to do something for a lecture while drinking a coffee. We had not even taken off our jackets, as the same same employee came to us and said in such a rude tone that we refrain from having to charge the laptop here as he pays the electricity. As I said in the beginning, I like the Reimanns very much but I will not go back in and treat myself in the most impolite way.

Good food and in the past there was also good service and nice staff, but meanwhile the main barista and cashier is just awfully rude, bitchy and acts as if the students are below his mental level. Have meanwhile heard from many other students that they go, inter alia, in the much worse cafeteria meanwhile ...

Good food and nice ambience. With large groups, unfortunately, quite quickly at the border. Still recommendable.

Very good food, friendly staff, unfortunately you have to wait a little when there is a large crowd (if you reserve for events and everyone wants to get something to drink at the same time), but the whole thing levels off quickly, then everything works very well

Why so unimaginative and small portions. Boring food. Even bofrost can do that better. The Reimanns would do it well if he does not price himself the competition with the cafeteria next door, but qualitatively, then a meal can also cost more. The employees don't earn much, but people like to spend more on good food.
